Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 September 2026. These terms describe the current EveFind website and development-stage marketplace experience.
Please read these terms before using EveFind.EveFind is designed to connect customers, event-service professionals and agencies. Some features shown in this development version may require additional service integration before they become commercially active.
1. Platform role
EveFind provides a marketplace interface for discovering event-service professionals and agencies, viewing profiles and rates, submitting booking requests and accessing account tools. EveFind is not itself the employer of an independent service professional unless a separate written arrangement expressly states otherwise.
2. Eligibility and account access
You should provide accurate information and use your own mobile number when creating or accessing an account. Mobile verification is used for login. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should keep OTPs and other authentication information private.
3. Profiles and listings
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information, photographs, availability, service descriptions and rates they submit. EveFind may review, restrict or remove information that is misleading, unlawful, abusive or inconsistent with platform requirements.
4. Bookings and service arrangements
A booking request is not automatically a guarantee of service availability. Customers, staff and agencies should confirm event date, location, scope of work, reporting time, service rate and other practical arrangements before a booking is treated as final.
5. Location information
Where the website provides a location-sharing or map feature, users should share only the location information necessary for the relevant booking. Users are responsible for checking that a shared location is accurate before travelling.
6. Rates and subscriptions
Displayed staff rates are service rates and are separate from EveFind membership subscriptions. The current development pricing information may include a customer plan at ₹0, a waiter introductory plan of ₹399 for 3 months followed by ₹299/month, and an agency plan of ₹399. Subscription payment processing is not represented as active unless the website explicitly connects to a live payment service.
7. Verification
Verification status is separate from paid membership. A subscription does not by itself create a verified badge. Users must not claim a verification status that has not been granted by EveFind.
8. Minimum service-rate information
Where EveFind displays a ₹1,000/day minimum waiter service rate, that amount refers to the service-rate rule and is not a subscription fee.
9. Payments and refunds
If live payments are introduced, the applicable payment, cancellation and refund rules will be presented before a transaction is completed. Users should not treat a displayed development-stage plan as proof that a payment has been collected.
10. Acceptable use
Users must not use EveFind for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, unauthorized data collection, misleading listings or attempts to bypass security or verification controls.
11. Content and intellectual property
EveFind branding, interface design and platform content remain protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Users retain responsibility for content they submit and should only upload material they are entitled to use.
12. Third-party services
OTP delivery, hosting, maps and other integrations may be provided by third parties. Their availability and terms may apply separately. EveFind may depend on those services for specific features.
13. Availability and changes
Features may be added, removed, changed or temporarily unavailable while EveFind is being developed. Pricing, workflows and platform requirements may also be updated. Material changes will be reflected on the website where appropriate.
14. Safety and user responsibility
Users should use reasonable care when meeting or engaging service professionals, especially for in-person events. Confirm identity, venue details and commercial arrangements before service begins.
15. Limitation of platform role
EveFind provides the marketplace and account interface. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the parties involved in a service arrangement remain responsible for their own commitments, conduct and applicable legal obligations.

1. Information
EveFind may process information you submit for account access and marketplace functionality, including mobile number, role and profile information.
2. OTP
Mobile verification is handled through the configured MSG91 OTP service. EveFind does not display your OTP to other users.
3. Profiles
Information intentionally added to a marketplace profile may be visible to other users as required for the service.
4. Local session
The website stores login/session indicators in browser storage to keep the user signed in on the device.
5. Third parties
Third-party services may process data necessary for OTP delivery and hosting. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
6. Security
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not share passwords, OTPs or private authentication credentials.
